Welcome to AlfaSoft. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and AlfaSoft (Pvt) Ltd ("AlfaSoft", "Company", "we", "our", "us"), governing your access to and use of our website alfasoft.it.com, software products, and related services.

By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

AlfaSoft provides the following business management software solutions:

• ✓ Laundry Management System: Complete solution for managing laundry operations including order tracking, customer management, and billing.
• ✓ School Management System: All-in-one platform for managing students, teachers, attendance, grades, and administrative operations.
• ✓ Computer Shop System: POS and inventory management for computer shops including stock tracking, sales management, and analytics.
• ✓ Clothing Shop System: Smart inventory, POS, and customer management designed for fashion retail stores.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time, with reasonable prior notice to affected Users.

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• ✓ Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• ✓ Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
• ✓ Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and not share them with any third party.
• ✓ Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• ✓ Notify AlfaSoft immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in activities that may harm AlfaSoft or other Users.

All payments for our products and services are subject to the following terms:

Pricing

• ✓ All prices are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise specified.
• ✓ Prices are subject to change with prior notice. Changes will not affect existing paid subscriptions until renewal.
• ✓ Any applicable taxes will be added to the quoted price at the time of purchase.

Payment Methods

• ✓ We accept payments through major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment platforms including PayHere.
• ✓ All online payment transactions are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway provider.
• ✓ For subscription services, recurring payments will be charged automatically on the billing date unless cancelled.

Late Payments

• ✓ Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• ✓ Late payments may result in suspension of services until the outstanding balance is settled.
• ✓ A late payment fee of 2% per month may be applied to overdue invoices.

Upon purchase of our Software, AlfaSoft grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software, subject to the following conditions:

• ✓ The license is granted for use at the number of locations/devices specified in your purchase agreement.
• ✓ You may not sublicense, sell, transfer, or distribute the Software to any third party without written consent from AlfaSoft.
• ✓ You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
• ✓ You may not modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Software.
• ✓ The license remains valid as long as you comply with these Terms and maintain any required subscription or support agreements.

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• ✕ Use our Services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
• ✕ Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or networks.
• ✕ Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services.
• ✕ Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code through our Services.
• ✕ Use our Services to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• ✕ Scrape, mine, or otherwise extract data from our website or Services without prior consent.
• ✕ Use automated systems or software to access our Services without our written permission.

Violation of these acceptable use terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and access to our Services.

All intellectual property rights in our Services, including but not limited to:

• ✓ Software source code, architecture, and design
• ✓ Trademarks, logos, and brand assets (including the AlfaSoft name and logo)
• ✓ Website content, design, and user interface elements
• ✓ Documentation, tutorials, and marketing materials

are and shall remain the exclusive property of AlfaSoft (Pvt) Ltd. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property except as expressly permitted under the Software License section above.

AlfaSoft warrants that:

• ✓ Our Software will perform substantially in accordance with the published product specifications.
• ✓ We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and security of our Services.
• ✓ We will provide technical support as specified in your service agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• ✓ AlfaSoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.
• ✓ Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to AlfaSoft in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• ✓ We shall not be liable for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities resulting from the use or inability to use our Services.
• ✓ We shall not be liable for any failures or delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, power outages, internet outages, or government actions.

Either party may terminate the agreement under the following conditions:

Termination by User

• ✓ You may stop using our Services and close your account at any time.
• ✓ Subscription cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• ✓ You may request export of your User Data before account closure.

Termination by AlfaSoft

• ✓ We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
• ✓ We will provide 30 days' notice before terminating services for reasons other than Terms violations.
• ✓ In the event of non-payment for more than 30 days, we reserve the right to suspend access to our Services.

Upon termination, your license to use the Software will automatically expire. You will have 30 days to export your User Data before it is permanently deleted from our systems.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka. Before resorting to legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, mediation.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:

• ✓ We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
• ✓ For material changes, we will provide notice via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
• ✓ Your continued use of our Services after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
• ✓ If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using our Services and close your account.
